Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and make a significant impact in the sales department. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to the sales team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Skills: - Proven track record in technical sales or related field - Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and achieve targets - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Exceptional customer service orientation - Experience in account management and building long-term relationships with clients - Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software - Ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team If you are a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving sales growth, we would love to hear from you.
